The flowers look different to the picture

On some rare occasions our florists/suppliers may need to substitute some of the content of the design. They will however ensure that the item is of the same value and in the same colour scheme as your original selection.

If you feel that the item does not meet our substitution policy, i
n order for us to deal with this type of complaint, we require a photo of the flowers received as this allows us to see precisely what has been delivered as well as provide far more detailed feedback to the florist involved.
