Why did the flowers arrive a day early?

We aim for all flowers to be delivered on the selected delivery which is of course why we offer the option of the delivery date.

Your flowers should not arrive early unless this has been discussed with you prior to delivery.

If your flowers have been delivered early, please contact our Customer Service team either by telephone on 0845 459 0088 or by email here and we will get back you as quickly as possible to find out what has happened and how we may be able to make amends.
